Bon appétit! This is where you can experience firsthand 18th and 19th century tableware culture and the art of wining and dining. After getting some insight into the strict court ceremony of table manners and the importance of porcelain at the Saxon royal court, in the second part of the tour you will have the chance to make your own tableware from various materials under professional guidance. This guided tour is particularly suited for children’s groups and school classes. Upon registration, children may set a table by themselves and celebrate a children’s birthday party with families and friends.
