Travelling by car

From the direction of the A4:

• Take the Siebenlehn exit and proceed along the B101
• Or: Take the exit for Wilsdruff (Dresden area)

From the direction of the A14:

• Take the ‘Nossen – Ost’ exit

Coming from Dresden:

• Via the B6

Parking:

There are car parks below the castle hill in Meisastraße and along the Elbe with direct access to the castle via the castle park (Schlosspark) steps on Leipziger Straße. From spring to autumn a very convenient service is also provided by the City Bus, which makes a regular run during the castle’s opening hours between the porcelain factory, the old town and castle hill.
